  1. My mom moved back in with her mother in her thirties with 2 little kids.

  2. My grandparents had my dad in college. Gpa went to the korean war and came back got married then went to college. My grandma did most of the work because she was not in school

  3. I would suggest you get the best job you can and go to a community college part time. Just chip away at your degree while you are supporting your young family. If you go to school full time your family will not really have a husband and father as you will be exhausted. It's really okay to take your time getting that degree as long as you just keep at it one class at a time. Hang in there and congratulations on becoming a father.

  4. My husband is going to school part-time, just 2 days a week and working a full time job.  I am going to school full time and working part time.  When I get a good paying job my husband will quit his job and go to school full time.  He is trying to take the easiest classes first while he is still working so there's not as much stress.  We have a 16- month old daughter, and I admit it is extremely hard to be away from her sometimes, but we know it is in her best interest for us to finish school and get good-paying jobs.  When I am at home I spend as much time with her as possible.  We may not have a lot of time in the day, but we make it work. So my advice is don't give up, keep pushing at it, but don't overdo it and try to do too much at once.  Take the easy classes first, take as many as you can but no more than you can handle.  Even 1 at a time will eventually get you there.
