How did people think of superstitions?

i have somthing to say to miss karen: when you answer a question your not supposed to correct their spelling so either help me or dont say a word! please

  1. People don't think of superstitions they are usually passed down through generations. The superstitious beliefs are usually created by an over exaggeration of the real story (truth).


  2. Superstitions are presumed to be the most logical answer, by the masses of people, at a particular moment in time, to explain a situation that appears baffling.

    Many superstitions continue to exist today, because we are a 'belief-driven' society.  Try not knocking on wood 3 times, or stepping on the sidewalk cracks, etc.
