The dingo arrived in Australia about 4,000 years ago, that's 40,000 years at least after the first Indigenous Australians.  BTW Indigenous Australians are believed to have arrived while Australia was still joined to southern Asian landmass, so they walked here, didn't come by boat.

It's thought that the dingo came aboard ships that trawled the northern coastal waters of Australia, from what we now know as Indonesia.
