  1. One effect of the Black Plague was to diminish the workforce, so that those left were able to have greater freedom of movement, as their skills were at a premium


  2. Peasants gained political power as their labor was more in demand

  3. Firstly it wasn't a plague at all but a hemorrhagic fever. The real effect of it was a massive drop in population with some countries losing up to 50%.
