was it decended from apes? from outer-space aliens as tom cruise hav u believe? from the big bang theory..i know albert einstein doesnt believe in god and that he actually said its childish of us humans to think this but he is a scientist and unless there absolute rock solid evidence they dont believe any way? can anyone tell me what they think

  1. Theres not really a proven answer, have faith in God :D

  2. it started like any race, on your marks,        get set,  go.

  3. Amphibians descended from fish and we mammals descended from amphibians, but the first mammals were shroom-like things that later branched off to long monkeys and other species. The monkeys then got bigger and evolved into many species we see today- one branch extended into the homo branch where there was more than 10 species of human-like creatures that all died of in either evolution or competition with man.

I'm posting the evolutionary explanation because this is in fact in anthropology, so **** off you ******* that jack off to bibles and toras.

  4. Read the Bible

  5. God created Adam and Eve.

The idea that man evolved from an ape is completely false, and is  laughable.

It is not supported by any evidence whatsoever.

All hominid fossils are clearly human or clearly ape.

Evolution requires the creation of new genetic information. The proposed mechanism is mutations, yet all observed mutations are information neutral or lossy.

The evidence does not support he idea that we are evolved from an ape.

History is full of frauds and wishful thinking in regard to alleged missing links:

    Piltdown man – fraud

Java man - a few teeth, and a few skull and bone fragments

Nebraska man - a pigs tooth

Australopithecene (Lucy) - portrayed with human like hands and feet despite the fact that it is known to have ape like hands and feet, and to have been a knuckle walker.

To believe we evolved from an ape requires an awful lot of faith! It flies in the face of the evidence, and of scientific knowledge.

  6. MANKIND DEVELOPED FROM APE LIKE CREATURES WHO DEVELOPED FROM ANIMALS ,DINOSOARS..THEN FURTHER BACK TO SMALLER CREATURES THEN TO AMOEBA  POSSIBLY .BASICALLY   LIFE IS MOVEMENT AND EXPERIENCE...

  7. Well...It's either God created Adam and Eve or we evolved from apes. After Adam and Eve, it has to be incest or we're all just a bunch of monkeys...LOL!!  Go figure.

3 thumbs down... whoa!!!!          That's pretty amazing since no one really knows the answer to the question!!!     Again...Go Figure!!!

  8. Anthropologists insist that the first organisms of life began in the sea about 5 million years ago. These organisms over a long, long time evolved and moved onto the land, and from these all forms of life evolved. In a certain part of Australia, you can still find an area where these organisms are still living today. The last dinosaurs have evolved into chickens over millions of years. This type of Dinosaur didn't die out, but grew from a scaly animal to an animal with feathers as protection from the cold ice age. Animals always adapt to their enviroment a lot quicker than humans. When britain tested its first Atomic Bomb in the 50s at a place called Xmas Island, the scientists went back 2 years later and found that the birds on the island had been blinded by the blast, and as they could'nt fly for food anymore, they were living in burrows underground and and were foraging for food by sounds of insects etc. vibrating through their feet.

  9. In the strict biological sense we are apes, having 97 to 98% of the same genes that a chimp does. However, Homo is a different species of ape because of bipedalism (2 legged locomotion), ability to use language, & a very large brain. Here is a list of human evolution, a nice map, click on it:

    http://anthropology.si.edu/humanorigins/...

About 6 million years ago the chimp & human line split & one line eventually produced Homo sapiens, while the other line produced chimps & bonobos. The line that produced chimps splint ~1.3 million years ago to produce bonobos as another branch of that line.

Many lines of apes were evolutionary dead ends & the chimp is our closest living relative. I would like to point out that birds are the closest living relatives of dinosaurs & the common chicken "appears" to be closely related to the T-Rex via DNA recovered from the thigh bone of a T-Rex. This provides some interesting information on it. Dormant genes in the common chicken might be activated someday to create a dinosaur.

Now as for the alien bit: Humans & other lifeforms on earth are all too close together genetically to have been genetically engineered by aliens.  Using DNA one can trace evolution from one animal to another. Aliens are most likely to have a far different genetic make up due to having evolved in a different environment. Strangely humans like to think of aliens as being basically humanoid in structure, when, if they exist, they would be a far different genetic construct from earth lifeforms.

    Edit:

Peter seems to know nothing about genetics because anyone that does knows human chromosome #2 is almost identical to 2 chimp chromosomes fused together. Yes indeed, humans have 23 pairs, while chimps have 24 pairs of chromosomes, & that is due to the fusion of the two chromosomes... a real clue to evolution.

  10. i think we evolved from apes(nothing just magically appeared on earth)

  11. first of all, Einstein completely believed in God, he even says in his biography that to not believe that God created the universe and everything in it is a fools belief. that is why we need to stop this whole we evolved from apes farce and go back to true genuine faith in God.

  12. Charles Darwin's theory of evolution is not correct when it comes to modern man.

There is too big a jump from ape / chimpanzee to modern man, and 2 chromosomes difference !

46 and 48 which proves that we are not " evolved. "

Ancient historical writings and pictures, which still exist today,

show that giant beings came to earth and bred with our nearest ancestors to create us, modern man.

The Bible also mentions this on many occasions.

    Read Genesis 6:4

    Look at:

you tube " HISTORY CHANNEL ANCIENT ALIENS I I "

you tube "evidence for giants nephilim rephaim anunaki part 1 "

you tube " evidence for giants nephilim rephaim anunaki part 2 "

    The evidence is overwhelming,

the ancient civilizations such as the Maya, the Sumarians, the Greeks, the Egyptians all knew and recorded this.

The more you learn, the more the jigsaw fits together and the more  it all makes sense.

  13. The answer is quite clear.

Us modern humans evolved from earlier primates and the linage is fairly well documented by professionals who devote lifetimes to getting the education and making the effort to discover remains of our ancestors.

Paleontologists think they have discovered the remains of the original life form from which old world monkeys and pre-humans evolved.

We are nor descended from old world monkeys but our ancestors and old world monkeys derived from a single parent species; they went their way and our ancestors went theirs.

Neanderthal was our closest relative but we did not evolve from Neanderthal, he coexisted with us for a time after modern man arrived from Africa through India.

It's no secret really but the process receives lots of misinformation and outright lies from the religious right.

Evolution is a fact and everything on the planet, that's alive, evolves, especially us humans.

  14. The scientific and fundamental law in biology...the Law of Biogenesis....states that ALL life comes from previous life and has never been refuted.

No one has ever observed or demonstrated that life can form, on earth or anywhere else, from non-living matter through natural processes. Ergo, life on earth was created by a non-natural or super-natural Creator. Some people and scientists attempt to explain that man evolved from primates because of supposed similarities in our genes but the differences in our genes amount to many millions of beneficial genetic mutations while the vast majority of mutations are either harmful or neutral...the mutation rates don't add up. There is also evidence from population studies, using known and accepted formulas, that the current population on earth is what you would expect if mankind began around 4-6000 years ago. Had mankind begun hundreds of thousands or millions of years ago as evolution claims, the current world population would exceed the number of atoms in the universe.

The Big Bang theory on the origin of the universe also has many flaws with observed evidence and is predicated on the existence of "dark energy and matter"...neither of which has been observed.

  15. We are not decended from apes. We have a common ancestor with apes, which is something entirely different. We are hominids. The earliest confirmed hominid is the Australopithecus afarensis. It walked upright and that is the trait that began the evolutionary process into what we are today.

In terms of the beginnings of life, I read an article recently that proved the animo acids that make proteins, which are essential to life as we know it, came from space. But the amino acids combined with gases and water and whatnot to create life on this planet. I guess we are technically aliens if the article I read was true.

  16. our species split off from a previous ape-species.

Here, if you want to read up about it:

No, we didn't come from outer-space. Look at how similar our DNA is to all other Earth life.

Big Bang was 14 billion years ago or so; Earth has only been around about 4.5 billion years. Big Bang explains the universe; evolution explains the diversity of life on Earth (and presumably the same sorts of mechanisms are involved on any other life there is elsewhere).

There's tremendous amounts of varied evidence that humans descended from earlier species. It's not up for grabs, it's clearly what happened, Tom Cruise notwithstanding.

The links I gave you explain what scientists have found. There are also a LOT of books that explain it, if you're really interested. It's worth investing the time on, as it's really interesting.

  17. Evolution by natural selection, and if you want to go back further, yes, the Big Bang. There are a lot of myths about evolution, however. Humans did not arise from apes but from a common human-ape ancestor. (And chickens did not evolve from dinosaurs during the Ice Age - I never heard that before!)

None of this is incompatible with belief in a supreme being, or a modified Judeo-Christian world view. But it is incompatible with traditional belief in God as he is literally depicted in the Bible. Einstein himself said "God does not play dice," but he was certainly not thinking of the kind of God most people believe in.
