  1. I don't think it really changed America all that much. The situation of the country upon JFK's death, for instance, was not nearly as transitional as when Lincoln was killed. One thing that has disappointed me is the scandal mongering media has decided it's ok to reveal to the whole world JFK's discrepancies, or supposed  discrepancies, long after the man was dead and could not defend himself. Seems kinda shameful and spineless to me.

  2. It's really hard to explain, but if you understand what his policy was on Viet Nam, you would know, in a way. It was his plan to exit Viet Nam.....over 50,000 american lives would not have perished....over 100,000 plus lives would be different (parents of those who died)  Different people would have been born and so on. Lives, events, everything from then till now could have changed....peoples lives, people in general....situations, imagine what could have been...its mind boggling if you really try to imagine................we can only guess

  3. not very much and...not very much

  4. Well anything that happens changes history.  I don't know how the country would be like if he was not killed but you can imagine.  JFK was big on civil rights and he didn't want to waste all that time and energy in Vietnam.  He also might have been reelected as President so that would have been another 4 years of change.

So yeah it has changed America, like anything would.  We just don't know what could have been.
