  1. the crusades are based on killing and destroying other cultures

  2. At 1st the Turkish Sultan Kilij Arslan didn’t expect a massive army which came from Western Europe. The locals found the crusaders savage barbaric invaders, especially since they indiscriminately killed unarmed men, women, & children regardless of their religion or color. & most of those crusaders were illiterate, superstitious, & had very nasty hygiene habits.

However, one famous statement by a Muslim scholar which was recorded in many history books goes something like “those savage Franks may God curse them has no virtue whatsoever, except for bravery”

  3. Muslims were killed by the crusades in vast numbers. The only good thing about it is that the Europeans took back the Muslims daily life like bathing and eating with utensils back to Europe.

  4. With no particular reason, a horde of savage nutcases 35,000 strong invades their lands (which the Westerners have no historical right to), besieges their cities, ravages their countryside, and rushes into their cities slaughtering any Muslim on sight. They saw them as hateful, fanatic barbarians, which they were. The Muslims, on the other hand, were one of the most advanced civilizations in the medieval world, had respected Christian's rights to travel to Jerusalem for centuries, and were pretty nice to the Jews. The Crusaders executed them by the dozens.
