  2. The Bible tells us that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

    I believe that.

  3. This is how i see it:

The bible says it took a week for god to (create the universe, create earth, create stars, create life and create humans)

Yet if you follow science you will know that homo sapiens only came to be around 30,000 years ago and civilized humans came to be about 12,000 years ago.

Dinosaurs roamed the planet millions of years before us.

The universe is like 14 billion years old I believe.

There was a point in the universe (theory that I believe)

where there was an explosion, and matter and energy where distributed and a ripple effect happened. Like when you roll a ball, the energy will keep it moving till it stops, MATTER AND ENERGY come to an end, so now our universe is expanding.

So with all the types of energies in the universe and reactions, planets, stars and life came to be, Im sure we are not alone in this universe.

And when energy runs out for good, the universe will compress again, shrink unto itself till it reaches a point where it compresses so much than another explosion occurs thus the end of this universe and the beginning of another.

Go study physics, creation, evolution, to make up your own mind one should study religion, the bible and evolution and big bang and other theories. Then put what works for you best together and try to solve the biggest mystery.

Also read some sci fi, like arthur clarke.

There is no DEFINITE answer to this question, no one can GARANTEE you an exact explanation onto how the universe got here cuz even in science one knows that nothing comes from nothing.

Zoom into the smallest particle in a cell or plant or anything and you will see tiny atoms forming what appears to be galaxies inside cells, just as if you were to zoom out of the galaxy and universe.

So maybe out universe is just an insignificant portion to a greater being  or something much much greater.

Who knows? One day I hope to...

  4. The universe went through many stages such as the Planch Epoch, Electroweak Epoch, Quark Epoch, Hadron Epoch, Lepton Epoch and Nucleosynthesis to get where it is today.

  5. If you truly understand quantum mechanics then you will know that the Big Bang theory requires a creator by fiat. Think of the universe in reverse until it's small enough to be completely described by quantum mechanics alone. In order for the universe to start unfolding into what we see now, our universe's specific wave function had to be brought into existence as a certain possibilty out of an infinite number of other possible wave functions that had to collapse or at least decohere. At this fuzzy nanoscopic beginning, this required a 'Prime Observer' to enable this and set the expansion of the universe into motion and those initial conditions became the very facets of physical law. What we refer to as this finely tuned 'reality'. This need for an 'observer' comes from the basic quantum mechanical concept known as Shrodinger's Cat. Also, we must remember that the universe is being said to have come from nowhere which implies an act of 'creation'. This expansion of the universe is also alluded to 11 times in the Bible: Job 9:8 ; Psalm 104:2 ; Isaiah 40:22 ; Isaiah 42:5 ; Isaiah 44:24 ; Isaiah 45:12 ; Isaiah 48:13 ; Isaiah 51:13 ; Jeremiah 10:12 ; Jeremiah 51:15 ; Zechariah 12:1

The Bible also alludes to the soon to come Big Rip:

    Revelation 6:14 ; Isaiah 34:4 ; 2 Peter 3:10

  6. It is widely believed that the universe that we inhabit was created by "The Big Bang".  The bible does not say how God created the universe, so it is still within the teachings of the bible.

  7. define "here"

  8. by train, it actually called me and asked me to give it a lift but i was busy u know!

  9.   The universe emerged from potential that produces a single space-time pulse of minimum size and duration with all the ingredients necessary to evolve into the universe we see today.
