I mean all the military hardware and things like that. Say any Soviet tanks that happened to be in the Ukraine, the Ukrainians claimed them?

  1.   The USSR didnt split. It was desolved. All of the states became independent of Russia. The Russians just pulled the equipment out, being they were the chieftains.

I served in the military in the early 80's. USSR had a fence up, along with guard towers on the Chek's side. My German friends showed me the place and it was weird. We could walk all over, on our side, but I stayed at the vista point. I did not like looking at guard towers that had soldiers in them. It looked like a mind field on the other side, and our side was just tree's and a clearing from the fenced side. You didnt see civilians on their side. Just soldiers. Like a big Prison, and the amazing thing, some want it back. Crazy.

  2. Not sure but those who scored included non playing members of Chelsea.

  3. The tried to split up the military resources to reflect the size and economic strength of each country. It didn't go perfectly though. The Russians and the Ukrainians for example both lay claim to the Black Sea Fleet which is based in Ukraine but run by Russia.
