  1. 2 letters, N O

  2. are u kiding me there is no history of such thing like that

thats just what everyone assumes its really rare now a days to find a women getting abused without takin  any action

  3. first off, i am assuming that you have never lived in a muslim country and that you are under the impression that all muslim men beat their wives and all muslim women are oppressed victims, this is not the case at all.

here are the four main reasons for domestic violence, it can be one or any combination of these reasons. male is interchangeable with female and father in interchangeable with mother. domestic abuse is equally likely to be committed by a female.

a % of male abusers have personility disorders and need to exert control over others.

a % of male abusers are a product of their fathers abusive behaviour, monkey see monkey do.

a % of male abusers are a product of their mothers abuse and seek revenge on their wives.

a % of male abusers are otherwise decent passive men who snap while in a relationship with an abusive female.

  4. I know  little of  how  it  started  but understand  it  has  been  going  on for generations  , like  a  general  religious  belief. *mamatx

  5. Pakistan has only existed for 50+ years. Look up on the history of abused women in India instead, since Pakistan technically WAS INDIA back in the day.

Most abused Indian and Pakistani women won't reveal that they're being abused due to preserving family honor, togetherness and protecting their husband. Protecting the husband is very important in Indian/Pakistani culture.

To the above poster-India is bigger than Pakistan and has existed longer, so obviously there's going to be more violence towards women.

  6. It's always gone on.
