  1. When I had morning sickness I felt so yucky.

some things that helped me were eating ice, popsicles, hard candies or some fruit that was acidic like oranges or lemons.

I read in one of my pregnancy books that just smelling fruits like those might help.

There are these lollipop candies you might be able to find in stores I forget what their called but they're for pregnant women to help with morning sickness.

Don't worry your morning sickness should pass. good luck :)

  2. I had really bad morning sickness too (but it lasted all day).  I found that the days I stayed home were the worst.  It might help you to get out of the house and keep your mind on something else.  I was throwing up everyday from about 6 weeks to 14 weeks, but now I'm 18 weeks and feel great.  Don't worry...it will end soon and you will feel much better.

  3. if its really bad your doctor can prescribe a medicine.

i know how much it sucks, i started getting sick around week 6 and was gagging and throwing up until week 12. but it DOES get better. and you forget how much it sucked really quick becuase you start feeling the kicks :) i lived off those crackers with peanutbutter in the middle. all day i munched on them. and yes fatigue does suck in the first trimester but at around week 12 the same time the nausea goes away you will start having more energy i promise.

  4. Be sure you are getting enough water!  Chewing gum may help.  Good luck.

  5. I would talk to your doctor about your morning sickness... She can prescribe you medication for it! I got a motion sickness wrist band from the drug store and surprisingly it helped!

  6. I would love to say 100% that it will get better but I am 38 weeks and still throwing up the doctor gave me something to help with the vomiting and it helps a little. My first pregnancy I puked 2 times and it was over but this one does not seem to go away talk with your doctor but you can always try vitamin b and ginger. Good luck!

  7. See your doctor. He/she should beable to give you some medicine to help.

  8. I went to the doctor and he prescribed Premesis prenatal vitamins and it has helped so much

  9. see your doctor and she can give you some medication that will help the morning sickness...i had all day sickness for 3.5 months...good luck

  11. It will get better!!! Try eating smaller meals throughout the day so your belly is always slighty full. Stay hydrated. Go to motherhood maternity store and buy Preggie Pop (lollipops for morning sickness) or try hard peppermint candies. Once you get closer to your second trimester, you will noticeably feel much better. Hang in there!!

  12. Still trying to make it thru....good luck to us both!

  13. I know it's tough to be so sick like that, but think on the bright side.. the sicker u are the healthier the baby:) try talking to your dr about meds that help ease m/s. they are out there and i hear they work really good!
