How did you go about geting people to join your group for paranormal investigating?

how did you go about getting your group together right now its just three of us me my girlfriend and her friend which are are both senstives in there own right? this is olne thing we have tried but nothing so far i have done this on my own for years and they have too but we have never had to big of a group. http://www.freewebs.com/tjghosthunters/

You want to reach people in your area. The best inexpensive way to do this is to go to meetup.com and start a ghost trackers group. You may find there already is one in your city.

The only other way on the Internet is to spend big bucks for a nice professionally done website and pay to have it put on good search engines. That can be very costly.

I started one a few years ago and it was just my friends who had a like interest in the paranormal.  We each had our own talents that we brought to the group.  Do any of your friends have an interest in the paranormal?  Ask around?  Also, try myspace if you are feeing a bit brave and don't mind meeting people over the net.

I have a group I help to organize. We started out with just 4 members and now have 16 members. We started out by talking to friends an such and at one point thought of placing an add in the paper for new members or putting up a flier in different places. Luckily the local newspaper heard about our group doing an investigating in one of the city buildings and contacted us. There a many things you can try, I went to a sign shop and had magnetic signs made for my Blazer. Just has my group name and paranormal investigations at the bottom. It big enough to be seen by other cars and its GREAT advertising. Only cost us $35.00 for a pair.These I put on the back, one on each side of the back. I have larger ones, and put one on the driver door and passenger side. I also had business cards made. Also another way to advertise.
