  1. Sure.  They are interested in how you handle yourself when confronted with a problem.

  2. It would be better of you could think of a professional situation, or a situation involving a club or society or even at school rather than personal situations if at all possible.  If you must use a personal situation explain that you did not want to mention a professional situation due to commercial confidence.

  3. What type of job are you interviewing for?

If it's math and science related, probably not

  4. No - keep to general management approaches.

    As a supervisor:

    1.  Get the facts

    2.  Don't rush to judgement

    3.  Stick to company policies/Law

    4.  Behave ethically and honestly

    5.  Keep all personnel information private

    6.  Seek input from higher management/HR

    7.  "Praise in public/reprimand in private"

    As an employee:

    1.  Comply with company policies.

    2.  Keep personal issues outside the office.

    3.  Seek help/advice from supervisors/HR

    4.  Do your job first.
