Question:

How did you overcome your social anxiety

I get so nervous around others, I feel like I'm going to say something that will make me look stupid, or that I don't have anything interesting enough to contribute to the conversation. I worry that I seem boring or snotty because I often avoid get-togethers or invitations. I also have a huge fear of speaking in front of large groups of people and I should be doing it about every 2-3 months. What can I do?

  1. Nice to know about the people' behaviour... I mean, by knowing them in different fields of life... after proper and full survey. The place where you live, you know about the psyche of the people living in that area... but if you leave that place then for the first time you will find yourself in a well where there is no way to come out of it... and at that time, you should start knowing the psyche of the people in that area... I have travelled many places and cities of my country... I faced many people, educated and uneducated and the people belonging to different classes of societies... and after this long time... I am now able to overcome my anxiety... If I am angry while talking to some one then at the same time I smile while talking with someone else...

I just wanted to say... try to know the psyche of the people then you will succeed in life...
