  2. We Aussies don't use the constitution to excuse our bad behaviour and our nations problems

  3. Australians aren't half as ignorant as Americans, but we are getting there.

    Not sure what else...

  4. "Australians are laid back and relaxed as opposed to being loadmouthed ,overbearing and obnoxious"

Ha!  I'm guessing this poster is Australian because they are the only people who hold this view. The Australians I have met in London are loathsome braggers who never shut up about themselves and their 'amazing' country.

Give me the Yanks any day!

  5. we dont drive cars, we ride kangaroo's we dont eat beef we eat emu's and platypus, we all wear hats with corks hanging from the brim, we make our own music by playing didgeridoos and our toilets flush the other way

  6. Most well-mannered Australians are not that much different from well-mannered Americans. That is like asking how pears are different to peaches. Similar yet different in many ways.

  7. Aussies are a lot less religious, don't like guns, are much more likely to be middle class, more ethnicly diverse, have probably travelled internationally and live in large cities compared to Americans.

Obviously the similarities outweigh the differences.

  8. Australians are laid back and relaxed as opposed to being loadmouthed ,overbearing and obnoxious

  9. One obvious answer is the accent mate'.
