I will have several pieces of luggage that I will not be able to carry without a cart or something. I want to get to Union Station before missing my train.

  1. I've always found it easy.  The Blue Line (aka O'Hare-Congress) runs from O'Hare and it stops at two stations of interest:

Jackson (at Dearborn) station is a busy, full service station in the middle of The Loop, and it's 8 blocks to Union Station. Nno trouble getting a cab there.

Clinton St. (at Congress) station is only 2 blocks south of Union Station, but it's a little underused and dingy, and not handicap friendly.  If I recall the entrance is under a freeway bridge.

  2. it's been several years, but you'll have to take the EL from Ohare to the "loop" and either walk of cab. You'll need help.
