How difficult is it to use a cash register (serious question)?

I start my first job tomorrow :D

But it's absolutely necessary that I learn how to use a cash register ASAP which is kind of worrying me right now, so I was wondering how difficult it is to use a cash register (I know there's a lot of different kinds but any answer or personal experience you had with one could be helpful to me).

It is so easy. If you are computer literate then a cash register will be no problem. You will get it within the first hour or two!

No, it's really straight forward.

Someone will run through it with you, you'll get a chance to practice and then you'll eventually pick it up.

Someone will always be around to ask questions though if you get stuck.
