Having lived through those periods in time I would have to say we are at a crossroad where total anihilation is a far greater threat than then. Too many Loose cannons(Muslim)and haters of our way of life than ever before. Too many fronts at once. Our military is at the breaking point now. Back then coscription (DRAFT) was still going on and replacements were easier to get for the dead and wounded.Diplomacy,kissin' backsides,and doling out our tax $$ are at a point of no return. Let's take care of OUR OWN FIRST. Enough, Off The Stump. Tnx................
