Are they allowed to break into your house if they can't get hold of you?

What if you no longer live at the address, can they still attend?

  1. i think they can only enter the house if you let them..

so dont open the door to them and let them come inside.

though seek legal advise...i think they may be able to enter once they have gained possession of the property but not for a credit card bill etc

  2. Like Ferkin Idiots Basically these guys think their untouchable, they always need the police with them coz if u threaten them they tend to **** theirselves, at at the end of the day no one should be threatened or intimidated by these horrible people.

  3. They can get access through a landlord and they can go in through an open window. However they can not . barge past you at the door. Go in if you say no when you are there. Criminally damager your property.

If you goggle balliff rights it will tell you.

  4. Bailiffs can only get entry into your property, if you let them in or they can get peaceful entry, either by an open window or unlocked door. However if you let them in the first time they can break down the door (with police presence) the second time with no warning. So best thing to do is never let the W*nkers in, even if they ask to use the phone or use your toilet. If you answer the door to them try to close it behind you and speak to them off the door step, they may try though illegal to get past you. If you no longer live there they will harass the people that now live there until they are told you've left, they will obviously require the people that live there  to prove that, they may ask the new tenants if they have a new address for you or ask for the landlords address to find you again.

  5. They cannot legally enter your property if there is no entry point i.e open door/window.  If you don't live at the address, they need to be told by the current occupier and hopefully will leave the poor person alone who has to cope with handling the heavies when you've done a bunker!
