How do Cruise lines get the money for their "first" cruise ships?

how or where do they get the money to start there cruise line, buy their first ships, and ETC. like, it cost soo much for a cruise ship and i just wanna know how they get the money for it

I dont know much about cruise ships, but in any big venture where a lot of initial capital is required -  they had another company first, a large group of investors, or were simply born rich or aristocratic.
