Can you attach them to a surveilance camera, and then record what the surveillance camera picks up?

Or can DVRs alone do the recording?

There is a hard drive like a computer inside the box. The shoes or movies you choose to record and digitally copied from a broadcasted server and are able to bo viewed many times.
