We are considering a Charger but if they are horrible on gas then it's not an option with how expensive gas is today.

  1. You know dodge were never meant to be fuel economic since its American muscles cars. They are for horsepower and aggressive. Your answer is "no"

  2. what engine?  6 cylinder bad...v8 worse...if you worry abt gas price dont even think of a 6 cylinder or 8....

  3. the v-6 isn't to bad on gas considering the mount of weight its pulling around but tops on gas mileage will be about 23  maybe a little more, and around 16 in town, those don't do the best on gas,the ones with the v-8s in them do almost as good as the v-6 models do on gas,if your considering one, think about the mileage on it first, here the mileage that the 2008,s are getting now, good luck.the 08,s will get around 18 city and 24 on the highway here's the site on the newer ones,it gives the mileage they should get.http://www.dodge.com/en/2008/charger/ind...

  4. We just got a V6 it gets 17 MPG city and 21 MPG highway.  It cost us $56.00 to fill it up when it's on E.  And it last us all week.  I thought it would be alot worse and just like you I was concerned with gas prices, but i'm very happy with it.  Just don't get a HEMI!  Not only will your gas be alot your insurance will be outragous!
