Question:

How do Erasmus' views of the church compare with those of Augustine and Aquinas?

Unfortunately, Wikipedia lists two Augustines, so I don't know which one.

  1. It's a pretty good bet that Augustine refers to St. Augustine (Augustine of Hippo), especially when you are comparing him to two other giants amongst theologians.

    There is plenty of information on all three online.

  2. Hmmm that's funny I have that same question on my homework that I am doing right now! I know who you are..... but I can't say who I am on the internet... do the initials (MN) ring a bell?

    to answer your question.... I am in the same situation so I looked up "augustine" on google and apparently "augustine of hippo" returned like 100x more results than the other guy so I'm gonna guess it's him.
