How do Green Dot Pre-Paid Cards Work???

I want to get a green dot card but I dont know excaclty how they work...Can someone explain? Do they work with pay pal and ATM's? Can put money on it anywhere I want to?

With Green Dott cards you can load your card by purchasing a reload card from a local retailer for $4.95 then log on to theGreen Dotot website or call a toll free phone number and enter your account number and reload code or by having your paycheck direct deposited to the card. Pre-Paid credit cards work much like regular credit cards, you can use them at ATM's, for online shopping, etc.
