  1. sorry for long answer :|

first off you should figure out which way you want to spin. for most people it will be frontside if you are regular. that means turning your body clockwise. when you are starting try it off of cat-tracks and other flat take offs, otherwise it will send you corked (off axis) and your landing will not be optimal. make sure you have frontside 180's solid, take off slightly on your heel edge but dont spin before you get off the lip because you could catch an edge and it looks bad. try and get a solid grab, most people like indy, melon, or mute. after you have those work on 3's. keep it one fluent motion rather than two seperate 180's. keep your upper body calm and keep looking for your head, you will have it in no time

  2. i'd do a frontside 3 first.

frontside meaning turning your head to your left shoulder.

a 360 rotation is all in your shoulders.

as you approach the lip of a jump, you want to "wind up" your shoulders by turning them the opposite way you are spinning.

now as you approach the lip, you are ready to rotate your shoulders back, the proper way,(to the left)

as you rotate your shoulder and upper body, you look past your left shoulder with your head.

Once this upper body rotation is well under way, and you have committed, draw your knees up high, close to your chest.

In drawing your knees up, your legs and board will follow the rotations started by your shoulders.

Make sure you keep your head turned, your whole body follows where you are looking.

As you finish the rotation with your upper body, you can spot your landing as you come around. prepare the landing gears, bringing your legs back down for touch down.
