most messages in one of my groups shows the message underneath when I am replying, but one or two doesn't. Its just a blank box when I click reply so I have to keep going back to read the message Im replying to.

  1. I would still click Reply on a message first, because it automatically quotes the replied-to message underneath most of the time.  Then, if you notice you're replying to one of the exceptions where it doesn't, go back to the original message once before you start typing your reply.  Then open Notepad (if you're using a Windows-based computer) or TextEdit (if you're using a Mac) or some other word-processing program on your computer.  Type your reply into that program (you don't have to Save it); as needed, you can always glance at your web browser to see the message you're replying to, then go back to typing your reply in this other program.  When you're done typing your reply there, highlight your entire reply, then Cut it (if you don't know the keyboard shortcut, the Cut command is under the Edit menu).  Then switch back to your web browser, and go forward to the page where you normally type your reply.  After clicking once in the large box meant for your reply, do the Paste command (if you don't know the keyboard shortcut, the Paste command is under the Edit menu).  Finish by clicking the Send button, as always.
