  1. you press star 69

  2. You have to have it added as an option on your phone line...

you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, and you can aslo get your question answer in Google Search in this website, which has already helped me very much

  4. its not *69 its *67

and you put it before the phonenumber

  5. All you do is

    Pick up phone

    listen for dialtone

    dial *, 6, 9

and it will say " the last number to call your line:

If you are not allowed to make *69 calls, then that could be why you got a busy signal because there IS a charge for this information.

Check with your phone company- to see if there is a block

You can get it as an option on your phone for a fee per month (my company offers that-so i can make unlimited *69 calls)

A less expensive option is to get Caller ID

  6. if you hear a busy signal after you pushed *69....it means you don't have it in your feature package...its a payed service, you have to superscript to it!!!
