when I do my hair like that it usually works by giving myself a bunch of small curls. Then take the small curls and pull them to the side together and twirl your finger with all of them to make one big curl. Since there was already curls, your hair will stay that way. I hope I made sense!

dont wash it for a week then put it up in a messy bun and stick a bow on the side.

I don't think you're going to get it exactly like that because I think she has extensions.  However, if your hair is like mine, meaning straight as a board, you can use hot rollers and it won't really give your hair curl, just body or large velcro rollers and a spray gel and hair spay, good luck.

Well, I'm no expert but for the first picture it looks like what they did was use a thicker curling iron to curl the ends of her hair. almost make it one big ringlet, rather than several, and not to curl up to the scalp. Her hair looks fairly relaxed, so it may also just be her natural hair.?
