How do I File A Complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry ?

I put down all the info. and when I click to submit it says I need to put in phone number even though one is there. Any help how I can report a business that is NOT abiding the DNC rules .

have you had any sort of relationship with the business in question?  I mean, did you contact them or even talk to them in the past?  If you did, than they are exempt as are certain other types of calls.

Just wanted to make sure that you got all the bases covered......
