How do I Flash my Bios on a win -fast mother board?

well the process would go something like this...

boot up DOS from a disk (floppy or flash drive or something.)

on the disk you need the .bin binary image BIOS firmware and the flasher tool.

in DOS you would call the flash tool up then specify the new firmware

hopefully you will back-up the original BIOS first. incase things dont go well so you can flash it back to its original state.

the motherboard manufacturer should supply the BIOS and flash program from their website!
