How do I Log on to the same account on two computers on Toontown?

My cousin and I want to play Toon Town on the same account while on two computers at the same time, but it won't let us. If there is a way to to do this, please answer.

Im not sure that you are able to do that, i have searched some terms in google, but with no luck.

Why don't you create a different account?

Never played that, but usually you can't access one account on two PCs at the same time. This is for safety reasons...afterall you should probably have one account each - one person can't be on the same account on two PCs at the same time

I'm sorry to report that it's legally & technically impossible to have one account logged in twice on a server.

Upon the second login, the server will likely either...

A) Temporarily refuse the login attempt. -- The second login could be considered a potential hack attempt.  If it was an accidental disconnection (either by your ISP OR by the game server), you'll have to wait a while (up to 5 minutes) before the server will automatically log your out due to inactivity.

or

B) Kick off the user of the previous login -- It's a bit crueler, but some servers will treat the latest login as the legitimate user.  The method is easier on a user that was accidentally disconnected, but it can be a major warning for the legitimate user if they get kicked off immediately.

There's also technical issues as the server cannot track 2 users with the same login.  It can only keep track of 1 user per login...  It falls under the same logic as "You can't be in two places at once"!

User licenses & agreement only allows ONE ACTIVE LOGIN for any account.  Attempt to bypass that violates both the license & agreement & can get your account (& even your IP address / range) banned, especially on Pay-2-Play games like Toontown.

You'll have to pay for a second account!  There's no way around it, so you'll have to do this OR live without.
