  1. simply put,place on a hot grill..

remember that your grill should be hot!hot!hot!season with salt&pepper.grill untill cooked, add your favourite BBQsauce and grill for a few more minutes..

thing to always watch with chicken on a grill is you will most likely get flair ups from the fat seeping onto your coals..don,t go to far away!!

    enjoy

  2. My favorite way to grill chicken- season the liberally with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper (kosher isn't required its just what i prefer). Always start with a very hot grill be it stove top or charcoal. once the chicken is nicely seared and has the desired grill marks, I move it away from the direct heat (if your doing this inside probably an oven set to 350 or 400) to finish cooking as the high heat will tend to dry out the chicken. If you desire you can glaze at this point. I like honey mustard or even a citrus glaze. Don't use a sweet glaze while still on the fire as sugar burns very easily.

  3. Heres a recipe for my lemon herb chicken:

Marinade the chicken breast in lemon, thyme, rosemary, lemon zesr, salt n pepper...then put it on a hot grill..i perfer charcoal as it gives it that really smokey flavor...slice n serve!

  4. u grill ot on the grill

  5. Lola,

Grilled chicken is best when the bones are removed and the skin is still attached.

The breast, should be pounded out flat to minimize cooking time.

Whenever you grill over a gas or charcoal fire you should try to avoid oily marinades since they are flammable. I would suggest a dry rub for seasoning... I like to make my own, but believe it or not the best chicken rub out there is Old Bay...Guaranteed you can pick it up at your local market... Apply a generous amount to the chicken before cooking.

When it comes to grilling I like to grill over a charcoal/ wood fire. I use about 50 briquettes and about 6 fist size chunks of white oak for the fire. Let the wood chunks burn down to charcoal before you start to cook. The oak will add just a small hint of smoke to the outer crust of chicken.

The fire temperature will be about 800 degrees so the time on the grill will only be about 3 minutes per side..

I hope you have a chance to try this..It's really good..

    Enjoy

  6. i would marinate it as soon as you can and let it soak in the marinate. italian dressing, bbq sauce, salt n pepper, season salt, chicken marinate spice, whatever you choose.

i don't par-boil it, but you can do that before you marinate it.

then put it on the grill and let it cook half way and then turn it over and let it finish cooking.

you don't want to "flip" it a lot on the grill. the least amount of times you flip, the better.

    good luck!

i would maybe steam some yellow and green squash too and cut up a nice fresh salad. maybe get some corn on the cob. all of those are real quick and easy to throw together too.

  7. You should boil the chicken first and then put it on the grill to give it that grilled flavor.

  8. Well...take the chicken and season it up...place it on the grill on medium (unless yu are a charcoal person then I don't know) and cook...after about 10 minutes turn them over. Also you may want to marinate the chicken in something like Italian dressing for instance.

    Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
