How do I about postings in the groups?

To post a message to a group you can also send a message to the group from your e-mail by using the group's e-mail address which will look something like this:

[e-mail]

You can also do it at the group's site by going to the section that says, "Messages" and click on "Post".  It will then take you to a text box where you can type your message and then click "Send" and the message will then get posted to the group.

not sure if this is the answer or not- at the bottom of group haomepages it lists Post message with a address. that's the address you use to post to a particular group
