I have an interview for my dream job on Monday, it is in the human services field working with mentally handicapped children and adults. I really want to get this job and I would really like some tips for aceing my interview to ensure I land the job. Some suggestions of some of the questions they're going to ask would be good too, so I can try to plan my answers. Thanks and don't forget to wish me luck :-)

  1. The most important thing to do is display confidence in your attitude and your words. Have a firm handshake and look the interviewer in the eyes. Bring an extra copy of your resume in case you get to meet with more than one person. Count to three before answering any interview question (this gives you a chance to collect your thoughts and you appear to be considering the answer)

Most of all, know your background will qualify you as the best person for the job. Good luck!

  2. Coming out of many interviews with all the skills I needed.. and being dissappointed with the results .. I read a book on interviewing

THE BEST tip i ever got and remember the most was

just pretend like you are an actor on stage.. it seriosuly works
