Question:

How do I achieve the Victoria-Secret-Model-ton... body?

Alright, here`s the deal.

I`ll be starting school (I`m in college, just to be clear) in less than a week, and I really want to be in tip top shape (obviously, I`m not expecting a perfect body in a week, I just want a system that I can get used to; one that guarantee results) Any tips/advice for a daily routine I could possibly switch to without turning out so bulky and manly? I want a toned body -- pretty much. I have a very curvy figure, so toning up would be awesome. I`m on the South Beach diet, so I`m eating healthy -- but I really want the exercise, because I haven`t had a regular (and proper) exercise routine that I`ve stuck to, `cause they never seemed to work for me. I like to look good -- and stay healthy too, so, I`m defenitely willing to do several minutes, just not too much because after all I will be busy (but I could try as much as I can to fit it in if it`s uber essential). I do take my time in the morning, and I like to keep it that way because if I don`t; the rest of my day won`t be so good -- for everyone else, that is. So yes.

Okay, the succeeding statements will make me seem very shallow; but I work for what I want. And what I want is to feel good -- and look good as well.

I want abs. Yes, abs. But I don`t want the sporty, athlete abs; I want the Victoria Secret Model`s abs -- I want them lean and toned, not bulky. I want to look longer and taller, I want a body that elongates my figure (I am 5 ft. tall). I also want my thighs to tone up, because -- well, who wouldn`t want nice legs?

SO, HELP? I`m guessing (hoping) you can taste my desperation.

Please, please help.

  1. ooookay seeing as no one else answered your question properly I'll try to help.

First off I'm sorry to say but being 5 feet tall you will probably never exactly get that Victorias secret "look". Of course it still may be possible but it will be a lot harder, and I'm not trying to put you down since I'm 5'3-4 ish and I still cant get it!!

Anyways your going to want to do lots of cardio so running, swimming and biking will help. What I think you should do is doing cardio one day and then toning exercises the other. I like using the treadmill and elliptical since swimming and biking are inconvenient..

As for toning exercises you should check youtube because they have some great ones. I'd also suggest you get an exercise ball and two 5 pound dumbells.

Last but not least just eat healthy and don't count your calories. Counting calories is not necessary and it will just drive you crazy...

Just ignore junk food and eat lots of veggies, fruits meat and don't deprive yourself of carbs- you need them and they arent as bad as everyone says. Instead of calorie counting just stop eating when your full I can guarantee it will work!!

    Good luck!
