When I have questions for the people at Yahoo about the Yahoo music jukebox I ask it at their web site:

My yahoo e-mail address is [e-mail]. I hace lost all my pictures and attachments plus my contacts. How do I retrieve them back to Yahoo mail, their original place?

Dude, you submit a problem report to Yahoo! Customer Care.  If your question isn't a Y! problem, then you will probably get no response.  Or call them on the phone and then they will tell you to submit a problem report.
