How do I add a group to my list?

right click on a group that's already there, 5th down, Create A New Group- little box pops up, enter name and there you go

(this is really a messenger question, not a yahoo groups question)

If you mean to join a group go to

enter a keyword and hit search. After you find a group you'd like to join, here is how you can do that:
