How do I add a link to another page?

If I want to ask a question and add a link to another page to show a picture or something, how do I do this?

Here in Yahoo! Answers you just need to type or paste the address of the web page or picture in your question text.

Left click but hold it down and move it over what ever you want to paste, when highlighted release then right click on the highlighted are and it wll prompt you to what ever you want to do.
