How do I add a picture to the front page of my Yahoo! Group?

On your front page you will see an edit link to click on next to "Description"

Scroll down the page until you see a browse button that will allow you to access a .jpg file that you have saved in one of your document or picture folders.

Select an image file from your folder, and save your changes to the front page.
