How do I add an image to the first layer on myspace and keep it fixed?

I'm editing my bands myspace and I've noticed that a lot of bands have two layers on their myspace. The first is a fixed backround and the second is one you are able to scroll with. An example would be http://www.myspace.com/bmth . Do I need to use code or can this be done through the default profile editor?
