How do I add another name besides myself so the post office delivers mail addressed to that name?

If you have someone that wants mail delivered to your address then they need to sumbit a change of address form to the Post Office. If you want a person's name to show up on mail next to yours, then you need to contact the company sending you the mail. (i.e., credit card, phone, cable, etc)

Have the person moving in put in a change of address. If you still have the old style mail boxes put the new name on it also!!
