How do I add applications to my iTouch??

Question

So i just got an iTouch today, and i made my account, and synced all my songs (i had an iPod nano before) the only problem is, how do i sync my songs to my iTouch?? the applications are in my itunes, but i can't seem to sync 'em to my Touch. Can anyone help me??

You have to buy the upgrade and make sure you have itunes 7.7.1

You need to by the upgrade it is for $ 9.95.  It is worth it!
