How do I add color to my Dreamweaver CS3 page?

I'm in webdesign 1 and I have to make a site for a research project I did. In Dreamweaver CS3 How do I add Color to the backround? thanks if any one has any knowledge of this and the basics of dreamweaver it is appreciated. Also if you can include any good sites to help me with the program it's also appreciated thanks!

Right click on the background, and go to Page Properties. You can set the background colour (or image) there.
