How do I add iTunes music to my Sony Ericsson w580i phone?

I have a memory card and cable... but how do I actually put music on it so I can listen to it like an iPod?

You can't use itunes to add music.  You need to first install the USB cable drivers on the CD provided with your w580i.  After that hook up your phone to your computer with the USB cable.  Go to My Computer > Phone > audio and copy music to that folder, or if you're using a memory card My Computer > memory card > mp3.
