How do I add links to my page so the buttons can shows on the page itself?

Many of the sites themselves have buttons and you can adapt them by putting in different web addresses and wording. The page should have information or else you may not be able to do it. Under file sometimes you have the HTML code for a page, but that can mess up the page if it will even let you do that. If you save the page you can edit it in a word processor, but save the original. You can insert the button code in there. Tricky, huh? Your web host should have an easier way or get a new host, there are so many free ones. You can even get free urls anymore.
