How do I add minerals to puirified water?

I drink reverse osmosis water that can be purchased from the grocery store machine. I hear that it lacks essential minerals. Is there any way I can add the minerals that is remnoved by the distilling process?

  2. You are talking about several different things here. Reverse osmosis is NOT distilling water. Purification systems leave beneficial minerals in the water anyhow. Distillery removes every last thing that is not water. Reverse osmosis is a purification process and should leave beneficial minerals behind but the Aquafina web site will lead you to believe otherwise though.

    However, as long as you eat decent and supplement your diet like you should be doing anyhow then there simply is no reason to be concerned about putting minerals back into the water. Water should not be a expected source for our minerals anyhow as they should come from our diet and supplements. Just that since they are there the makers of puriciation systems try to leave them there.
