How do I add pictures to my zune?

K, I need a seriously detailed explanation here because I am pretty much retarded with my zune (which I've had since Christmas), and also don't understand how to convert a file to jpg or whatever else I've been reading about lately, that you have to do to get pics on your zune. I tried to add pics a long time ago, and all of a sudden they came up on my zune yesterday and I have no idea how because it took them like 3 months to get there. I am so confused!! Please help!!

you should have a zune logo on your desktop to allow you to enter  like a zune home page where you can manage your device. in the right corner of the screen you will see a settings icon, click it. then click collection. it will let you upoad pics, movies etc. you have to choose a file then once it is on the screen you can select which pics in the file you want to put on the device. also you can go to your pic settings allowing the zune to take in all types of files so you dont have to convert them to jpg etc. best of luck to you. i dunno when you posted this but hopefully i helped
