How do I add programs from disc when the computer won't let me?

I tried to use the add/remove programs utility for my computer, but none of my programs will load from disc. Help!

right click start button, go to explore once the window opens with all the drives and folders select the CD drive, try to find the autorun or setup.exe file or any .exe (executable file) that oughta make programs run to install.

Go to 'my computer', right click it and a menu will appear. Click properties/autoplay. Select which option you wish to perform for each content.

Go to start/run/browse to go to 'my computer' to access your CD's/DVD's.
