How do I add songs to my iPod without erasing all the songs that are already on it?

My sis added a whole bunch of music to my Ipod for me. I hooked it up to a different computer to put songs on it and it erased all the music that was already on it and replaced it with the new songs. Also, how do I delete selected music from it.

When you plug your ipod in you see something that says "Manually Manage Ipod." Click that, and to delete selected music hit Ctrl + Alt and just click on the songs, right click, and delete.
