How do I add the "Buy It Now" option on my eBay items?

I am selling some things on eBay. I think I passed the minimum requirements because I have five feedback scores and I am accepting paypal as a payment option. I can't seem to find the tab to add that feature though. How do I add the "Buy It Now" option?

They may not let you intill you get over 5 i think you have to have 10

In step 3 of listing your item CREATE YOUR LISTING, there is a section called

Choose how you'd like to sell your item

There are two boxes -- Starting Price and Buy it Now Price. Put the amount in the Buy It Now Price box

You must have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified) to list your item in a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method.
